Oh yes I'd have one of those. One of my Italian friends used to make me sandwiches - Italians know sandwiches like no one else!
Although I've heard of some great Eastern recipes too.

I don't want to throw the topic off. But I've got to say Firehouse Subs makes THE best sandwiches around.
My favorite is the italian. Salami, vinegrette sauce, cheese, ham.

| When I go to subway, I always get a 6" Whole wheat with pepperoni, salami and American cheese toasted with jalapenos, lettuce, and chipotle dressing... It tastes soooo good. |

that's tough because there are many sandwiches I like but I will go with the grilled cheese always good with a nice hot bowl of tomato soup on a cold day

A thick slice of tomato, with mayo, salt and pepper on potato bread- preferably Martin's potato bread...
Usually one has to eat it leaning over the sink, since it is quite messy- but oh so good!! |
