Wow, are you guys out to get me, or something? j/k
I just logged in to AB, and noticed I have 5 messages: I have lost five monthly high scores in the space of 14 hours!
Haha, I guess my high scores just... ain't... high... enough! "Must try harder", as my school reports always used to say.
[Edit]
Now I feel better - I rose to the challenge on one of the games, and regained my highscore, AND made alltime high score as well! Yayy! |

I'm really sorry for the bombings in Boston...following the news from yesterday came into my mind the images of September 11 and I can imagine the terror, the fear that returns to among Americans ....a fantastic people, who falls but gets back up to his feet, always!!
I would like to write a post (here on AB) on this matter .. I noticed some oddities about these bombings...but it is a touchy subject, I did not dare...and I'm afraid to hurt the feelings of some Americans...so I avoid, although it would be an interesting discussion!!
Told this, I hope that those responsible are taken, and respond to justice! |

About the bombing in Boston....Although my "nickname" here on AB suggests otherwise I find that people who do such things are great cowards to harm people that are watching to the Marathon and people who enjoy their sport
I have not one good word for this sort of things |

Chaotic scene in Boston overnight. The two Boston Marathon bombing suspects killed an MIT police officer, carjacked a car and got into a gun fight with more police officers. One of the suspects is dead and the other is still on the loose. Everything in Boston is shut down (bus service, subway, roads in and out of cities surrounding Boston). I hope they get this guy before more innocent people get hurt.

omg
refuse to read the bomber his rights how dumb do you have to be. it takes 2 minutes to read him his rights. if he is going to say anything he will say it with his rights in place just as well as without them. the only thing that not reading him is rights will do is get him acquitted when and if he goes to trial. |

@carltontx
It is my understanding that they don't have to read him his Miranda rights if he is deemed a war criminal. The advantage to not reading him his rights is that he WILL NOT have the right to remain silent. I think that is the whole mindset for not reading him his rights. It is completely legal to do what they are doing and the authorities want to know what he knows. |

They are not considered a war criminal, They are a criminal terrorist .
The Miranda Rights do not have to be read even though it is suggested to do so. The fact is they had overwhelming evidence and the arresting officer felt there was no need to read the Miranda Rights.
I am sure they will try to get the charges dismissed on that fact but, considering the evidence the charges will stand.
Department of Justice Procedure
A Justice Department official says the Boston Marathon bombing suspect will not be read his Miranda rights because the government is invoking a public safety exception.
The public safety exception permits law enforcement officials to engage in a limited and focused unwarned interrogation of a suspect and allows the government to introduce the statement as evidence in court. The public safety exception is triggered when police officers have an objectively reasonable need to protect the police or the public from immediate danger.
• If I am arrested and an officer fails to read me my rights, will my charges automatically be dismissed? If you are arrested and the officer failed to read you the Miranda Warning, your attorney will certainly vigorously use this lapse in procedure to attempt to get your charges dismissed. However, if there is overwhelming evidence that you committed a crime, and the officer did not need to rely on your answers to questions in order to convict you of that crime, there is a good possibility that your conviction will stand.
For this matter I would not worry about the Miranda Rights.
I vote for the firing squad he doesn't deserve to go to trail. _________________
