Yes, many of us adjusted our clocks back one hour within these past few days!
What do you think of this practice? Do you envy those who need to adjust their clocks twice every year? Do you envy those who can ignore daylight saving time?

| As far as I am concerned they should just do away with Daylight Savings Time. It does nothing but mess up your body's time clock and makers it even harder to adjust to the time change. |

I understand why some parts of the world need daylight saving, and I don't recall the one-hour change in March and October ever messing up my body's time clock. But that's just me.
Having said that, I now live in a country without daylight saving, and I definitely prefer not changing the clocks twice a year. I get up at 5:30am every day - even Sundays!  |

We are in the Netherlands for years (since 1977 ) accustomed to this phenomenon 
but probably the American scientist Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) was the first who suggested to seriously think about how you could be effective with the use of daylight. In 1784 he wrote the satirical article
“An Economical Project for Diminishing the Cost of Light”.
so...I have no problems at all with "Summer- or Wintertime" |

Get up. Go to work. Go to bed. Get up. Go to work. Go to bed.
Get up late because you forgot to put the clock forward. Get fired.
I dream of a time when I can wake up to the sun's rays and not a stupid alarm clock.

LoL you were born too late, my friend  I think that 2000 or 3000 years and earlier it was like that, but its possible ( I think ) also nowadays,
win some lottery ( millions ) buy an island and let you wake up only by the Sun
