I never been to a gym before Black Shear was the first time I ever been to one and after 3 months they are forced to close shop, also I am having issues with the right side of my body not pulling like it should, weak in one side and I need a trainer to help me with that.
I'm fine when I do bench, squats, shoulders and push ups, but single arm curls and pull ups I feel weak. I think it has to do with prolong sitting and clicking the mouse all the time + being in my 40s my body's having a negative affect and just reacting to it in a bad way.
So i finally need some help for the first time with my workouts. never use to be that way but hey one should never be ashamed or neglect ones body.
So to anyone on a PC all the time, make sure you get up as much as you can. Or you could pay the price.

on a serious note if the repubs don't get their heads out thier bums and quit bickering amung themselves and find a decent candidate she will be the next sitting president all cause she's a women.

With the gym i am at now and using machines i never used before my legs are hurting like you wouldn’t believe. I’m having a hard time getting out of my chair even.

@rogbow and @Lonny:
Excuse my ignorance, but what is the connection between skinning a cat ("even the smart ones that think they can not be caught") and Hilary Clinton? What's the story I am missing here? 
@Lonny:
Don't overdo it with new exercises. Any new equipment should be approached as a newbie, because you will be using muscles you don't normally use. Start gradually, and build up to your target. Exercise should help, not cripple!  |

the black / dark skinned man? i missed one. looks to me he has the bottle neck up against his cheek looking like it's up his nose. or that's some new kind of drinking game i never heard of before.
