I don't know how many of you are fans of American Ninja Warrior but I'm planning on watching the final in Las Vegas because of Kacy:

For the uninitiated, American Ninja Warrior is a show that consists of freakishly fit people attempting to conquer a freakishly difficult obstacle course and frequently failing.
At the 2014 Dallas Finals, gymnast Kacy Catanzaro became the first woman ever to not only best the qualifying course, but the finals course as well.
"It was just ... overwhelming happiness," Catanzaro says of her experience. "I couldn't ask for anything better."
That was great! I don't usually watch these kind of shows because it feels so much like a dumbed down population going schiz over things that were only second nature to the ancients.
But there were some very cool moments on this course... such as the hand-rings traverse, the moving-bar-ladder and the ascent up the chimney at the end.
